Adventures in the ER

Saturday night we had quite an interesting evening with Brayden. One mistake of ours is that we have usually let Brayden ride his bike without a helmet. We didn't really see to much of a problem in that if he was right in front of the house. Well.......Saturday came and we (Chris and I) now have a completely different view on it. Brayden was riding his bike around the street and was going down our neighbors steep driveway (which he does all the time) and I think lost control. He ran head on into a basketball hoop at the bottom of the drive way.

We ended up taking him in and they did a bunch of tests on his and he is just fine. They said that he would be really bruised up for a while too.....and he didn't even have that. Needless to say, he no longer rides without a helmet.

The pictures dont even do it justice. Chris said it was the worst goose egg he has ever seen. Amazing!
